From Melbourne, just drive up the Hume, a bit past
the point where you may start to get bored - You should
be just about there by then!!
You could follow the Melba Hwy to the Goulburn Valley
Hwy from Melbourne through Yea and the picturesque Traawool
Valley to also find the Secret of Seymour.
Seymour is central to many Victorians making this destination
easy to reach and simple to find. Accessible to many
with an hours travel, either by car or rail.
Once in Seymour signs will display directions to the
historic Seymour Railway Station on Saturday 18th October 2008,
signs will also be displayed on Sunday 19th to find
your way to the Seymour Cup.
On Saturday 18th October 2008 the Tastes of the Goulburn Festival is centred upon the historic Seymour Railway Station; so if travel by public transport is convenient for you it is the perfect way to travel to Seymour.
You merely catch a service from Melbourne, Shepparton or Albury (and stations along the lines) and upon arrival in Seymour you will find yourself at the Tastes of the Goulburn Festival. You merely have to purchase your tasting glass on arrival.
